The maintenance is now complete, and all websites and applications are up and running. While the downtime incurred by this maintenance was within our 99.9% uptime SLA, your STCloud account will be credited as a thank you for your patience and understanding.

The scheduled maintenance is now underway. The estimated services downtime is fifteen minutes; note that your websites and/or hosted applications may appear unavailable during this time. We'll keep you updated on our progress.

We want to make you aware that this Saturday (12/7) at 11:30pm PST, there will be scheduled down time for approximately 15 minutes. We will be using this time to apply a security update to our server to allow for continued system stability and protection.

We are performing this upgrade during off-hours so that we can ensure minimal business impact to your sites and applications.

During this maintenance window, the STCloud platform will be inaccessible, and hosted websites will temporarily be unavailable. All operations around the platform, including email delivery and scheduled tasks will resume immediately after the maintenance window.
