STCloud Scheduled Maintenance - April 17, 9pm PDT

The scheduled maintenance has been completed. All websites and applications are up and running.

Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.

A reminder that for the duration of this maintenance period, hosted websites will be inaccessible.

To allow for additional server functionality, we will be upgrading and migrating our existing hosting server infrastructure to another data center. This migration will increase our already excellent database resilience and capacity, as well as provide improved networking functionality for our servers.

This migration will take place on Saturday April 17th, 2021 from 9pm PDT to 3am PDT the following day. During this SLA-covered maintenance window, the STCloud platform and hosted websites will temporarily be unavailable while the files and databases are transferred to the new data center. This process will take approximately four hours to complete. Upon completion, all services with STCloud will look just like they did right before the maintenance window.

We are performing this migration during off-hours so that we can ensure minimal business impact to your sites and applications.
